Sarah and Kennan’s hometown South Tampa wedding combined a southern chic vibe with garden party elegance. Rather than having an over the top affair, the Tampa couple hosted a relaxed outdoor wedding for 275 guests.

“We are simple kids. We don’t do much on the ‘fancy’ end on a regular basis, and we wanted our wedding to feel like us: relaxed and fun. We had the traditional photo booth and cigar bars for our wedding day, a custom wood cornhole game (that our amazing wedding planner Jessie Soplinski gifted us) set up for people to play, and s’mores bar in the dessert area,” the bride explained. “Our flowers were all different colored wildflowers because we’re spunky, and I loved the idea of all of the flowers being ones you could walk through a field somewhere and pick as you go.”

Mary and Robert’s South Tampa wedding featured a modern, romantic and whimsical theme to complement their soft pink, white and navy color palette.

“We got married in February, close to Valentine’s Day, and I did not want any red. However, I wanted it to feel romantic, so my bridesmaids’ dresses were a rose water pink and my bouquets were light pink and white. I chose formal navy tuxes for the men,” the bride explained.

Mary’s Jenny Yoo bridesmaids dresses were inspired by her Christos Tilly off-the-shoulder wedding gown.

“When looking at designers online, I found many of the designers I liked were carried at Bella Bridesmaids in Tampa. I bought my farewell brunch dress at Bellas as well!” the bride shared.

For real wedding inspiration, the bride used Marry Me Tampa Bay while creating her Pinterest vision board.

“I would describe our wedding design as industrial elegance. I loved the contrast between the colors, and I thought it gave the romantic feel I was looking for,” the bride shared.

Stacy and Patrick’s glamorous South Tampa wedding featured the perfect combination of glitz and glamour to complement their winter nuptials. The couple opted for a dark red, rose gold, and a blush pink color palette to complement their venue’s holiday decor.

“Due to our wedding date being in December, we were obligated to work with ‘holiday’ colors,” the bride explained. “I have always loved the shiny, metallic sequin dresses worn by bridesmaids, as I felt they look not only royal but very elegant. I, therefore, chose to incorporate the colors of dark red and garnet within the theme to coincide with my blush pink wedding gown.”

Caitlyn and Matt’s Tampa Heights wedding was urban and elegant, with a boho-inspired wedding party in sage green and navy blue, and simple white and greenery florals adorning their industrial-chic venue.

The bride said that as a little girl she dreamed of a New England fall wedding, but decided that Florida, the place where her and Matt’s love story began, would be the perfect chance for their northern friends to experience the city they love.
